NicaNelly is a Direct Trade Coffee Roaster and we roast only specialty organic coffee beans. We import directly from the farm (Finca Santa Catalina) in Nicaragua where we grow our own organic coffee and we roast it fresh at NicaNelly. We know when, where and how the beans are grown and bring only the freshest and finest beans from our crop each season. We don't store the beans for years before we roast them. Instead we bring only enough beans each year to give the freshest coffee to our customers.
